5 Outdoor Venues | Washington State

If you’re planning a Washington wedding, chances are you’re looking for the perfect venue to say “I do.” Lucky for you, I wanted to put together a list of my top 5 outdoor Washington wedding venues to help you out with the planning process!

When choosing a wedding venue, the first thing you’ll want to do is decide what kind of location you’d like. You might have your heart set on a barn wedding or a mountain wedding. Or perhaps you’re wanting something more classic and elegant, like a hotel or historic venue. Feel free to check out any of these beautiful spots for your wedding or elopement. 

Laurel Creek Manor 

The Laurel Creek Manor is the perfect place to host your wedding and reception in one location. This beautiful private estate is located in Sumner, WA, just 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. This 5-acre property features gorgeous gardens and weeping willows as well as a classic red barn. 

Laurel Creek Manor’s outdoor space allows up to 200 guests during their outdoor season (May-October). There is plenty of parking available on the estate. The venue also has a reception tent with canopy included in the rental fee.

The bride & bridesmaids have access to the Bridal Suite with A/C, a walk in closet, private balcony & a beautiful bathroom. There is also a grooms changing room which is great for the groom & groomsmen to get ready before the ceremony. 

A venue manager is onsite and there is also complimentary storage for all your decor items!

Seabeck Stables

Seabeck Stables is a scenic indoor/outdoor venue located in Kitsap County. It is ideal for couples who want to celebrate their love of the great outdoors, with their guests close at hand. 

The Riding Arena is a perfect place to exchange your vows & party all night long! The space is 6000+ and is covered & partially enclosed. Tables and Chairs are provided for up to 200 guests in this space. 

Outside of the stables, the grounds are expansive, encompassing 10 acres of forest and five minutes from Hood Canal waterfront. There’s no specified guest count limit for the outdoor space, which may allow for larger weddings with an outdoorsy feel.

Not only does this venue offers beautiful views, but also offers private parking within the property. Get ready in their beautiful bridal suite which has a kitchen, private bathrooms, individual vanities, a living room as well as a private dressing room. Don’t worry grooms, they have a room for you too! The grooms room is fully furnished with a kitchen, bar, private bathrooms, and they may offer a pool table. 

A 12 hour rental period is available (10 am to 10 pm), and they do require day of coordination through the venue for an additional $750.

Gilbert Cellars Winery

Gilbert Cellars is the perfect outdoor wedding venue for the couple who loves to drink wine. Located just 20 minutes west of downtown Yakima, and only 2 hours southeast of Seattle.

With views of Ahtanum Ridge, apple orchards a sunrise Vineyard and rows of French lavender there’s no doubt it will be a stunning place to have your special day! 

Rental fees for the Gilbert Cellars Winery range from $2700 to $4900, with additional hours at $300 per hour. There is also a minimum purchase of 1 case of wine per every 20 guests. Gilbert Cellars has a max capacity of 120 guests.

Pemberton Farm

Pemberton Farm is a unique outdoor wedding venue that offers the perfect setting for your special day. Located on in Snohomish, just north of Seattle, this venue is nestled behind the family home and barns on an 88 acre property. The property features beautiful views of the Snohomish River, a 47 acre green hay field and so much more! 

There are several locations on the property where you can hold your ceremony – all with an amazing view! The most popular spots include underneath the majestic tree providing a beautiful built in arbor.

With their newest addition, they are no longer just an outdoor venue but also an indoor venue. Pemberton Farm now features a 55×90 fully dressed covered space to host your reception. They can accommodate up to 200 guests for both ceremony and reception. 

One thing to note when booking this venue, a professional, licensed and insured wedding planner is required, as well as a professional, licensed bartender. 

Friday & Sunday weddings start at $5500, Saturday weddings start at $6000

Parties on the Terrace

Parties on the Terrace is a gorgeous wedding venue in Redmond, Washington. The venue is located in the heart of Redmond and offers an indoor/outdoor experience with both indoor and outdoor chandeliers. The location has two ceremony spaces for you to choose from for your special day.

The venue has a beautiful covered patio complete with heaters and a fireplace, so you can enjoy the space even if it’s chilly outside. The property has seven terraces that you can use for your wedding photos as well as your reception.

This venue is perfect for couples who are looking to have their ceremony and reception at the same location. The venue fee ranges from $9500 to $10,500 depending on the date of your wedding. Saturday only weddings are available at this venue, May-October.
